Welcome to Bama Breeze! We have added another great home at Kensington Place in Foley, AL! This home was built in 2022 and sits only 7 miles from the famous Gulf Shores Beaches, 4 miles from OWA Theme Park and Tropic Falls Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, with a great shopping and dining district, 3 miles from Gulf Shores Sports Complex, and only 3.5 miles away from the Tanger Shopping Outlet.
This home is ready to host your family with brand new furniture, mattresses, bedding, decor, and more! The Primary Bedroom provides a King Size Bed, a Large Smart TV, and a Full Bathroom with a double sink, a separate Shower and Bathtub, and a large Walk-In closet. Guest Bedroom #1 & #2 both hold a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a large Smart TV each. Guest Bedroom #3 hosts a Queen Size Bed. So bring the entire crew and come together in the Spacious Great Room! This is where everyone meets to cook great meals in the fully stocked kitchen, hang out and play some games on the dining table, or even watch the game on the large Smart TV in the Living Area! Take everyone into the amazing back porch that is beautifully landscaped and equipped with a Charcoal Grill and an outdoor patio table and chairs. For more fun, the kiddos can head into the garage where there is a Foosball Table. Need more sleeping arrangements? Ask us about Bama Breeze's sister homes, Coastal Bliss and or Coastal Harmony, located a few houses over!
**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys that they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. These items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up beach chairs and umbrellas at most beach access points for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one, and an attendant will be with you shortly.
**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions of what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This company was awesome to work with. Super responsive and helped find me a home within a few hours. We were remodeling our house and needed a 2 month furnished stay which was very hard to find for a good price. They allowed my dogs and the fenced in yard was great. Home was exactly as pictured, looked brand new when I walked in. Would definitely rent again from them and highly recommend.
